about no clue records

Well, well, well. Big things. Big things. Big things. Yes, big things are happening with The Crew and Im here to tell you about them and give you some updates and whatnot involving The No Clue Crew.

First off lets speak on Insane E's solo album. Yes he, in fact, has a brand new full length album ready to drop at any point in time now. As soon as the finances come together, you will be privileged with devastating material, mind blowing lyrical content, and a warm feeling of hypothermia when Insane E's "The Fine Line" drops. Now I dont have a definite date for the release, but rest assured it will be soon enough and it will be jaw dropping. It is his solo album but there are plenty of guests throughout. These guests include the likes of, No Clue's very own PJSB and myself, Sir Gird, as well as the one they call The B.A.T, that crazy mutherfucker from the burg King Nasty, and I do believe we will be hearing guitar licks from Perv. Yes Perv. That mutherfucker can play a guitar. Now as a reminder to all you out there, this is what I believe to be true. Well have to wait and see who exactly is all on it, but nonetheless it will be devastating. And it will rock the underground.

Insane E's first full length solo album.

"The Fine Line" -- coming very soon.

What else is going on? Let me see...

What about another Sauce Storm this year? Wouldnt that be great? Before I go on with this, let me just say that this is just a good idea right now, nothings for sure. But, Sauce Storm 5 was such a success we have been contemplating another before the end of the season. A Halloween Edition? A mid-August summer blowout? Maybe one in September. Maybe. Point is that Sauce Storm is holding its own weight right now and gaining momentum. People hear the name and they know. They just know. They dont even have to know The No Clue Crew, they just know about Sauce Storm. Since were on the subject, the wrestling videos are being worked on so they can be viewed much easier. They will end up on Youtube.com, they will end up on myspace.com/ljsauce, and hopefully here on this site too, just running a little smoother. Its hard to work with them right now since theyre such big files. But were on it. We got a couple of shows lined up from working with the bands that performed at Sauce Storm as well. Were playing Mangos in Alliance Friday June 19 with Metalourd, and were playing with OHM July 25 at the University Pizzeria on the YSU campus. Yes, thats right! A fucking pizza joint! That ought to be interesting. So point is lots of things are developing out of Sauce Storm and from it. Keep your ears and eyes open for some shit. Good shit!

We got more coming out at your face...

We got lots going on inside the studio right now as well. Lets talk a little about upcoming albums from The Crew. First off, how about L.O.A.F. The Legion of Associated Fucks! If youre unfamiliar, L.O.A.F. is a collaboration album with us and everybody else on it as well. Weve been talking about such a treat for quite some time now and I do believe now is a good time to let you all in on it. We even have some newer artists that, here in the near future, you will be seeing and hearing. Namely Tru Travisty, a corn fed hillbilly/hip hop all star, and, you may know this one, Suitcase, a younger kid, but still all over that shit. These two Im sure will be on the L.O.A.F. Along with recognizable such as, King Nasty, the B.A.T, Perv, The DCG perhaps, maybe T Killa, maybe even Sadistik. Probably more as time goes. Hell, we may even put Havok back on some tracks or something. You never know. Look for it in the future.

Now we got to talk about First Gear. First Gear was the No Clue Crews first full length album out in 2005. At the time it was just over the top. It was completely unique, different, off the wall, shocking, all of it. This is 2009. It just doesnt hold much anymore. If youve been to our shows lately, youve seen us do so many First Gear tracks live but redone, fresher. So weve decided to go ahead and redo the entire album and really give it what it deserves. A makeover. A pep talk. A freshening up if you will. We wanted something more than just a remix. A REMAX. Yes a REMAX. First Gear Remaxed!! Its going to be sick! Were going to take the whole album and kick it in the ass. A swift kick in the ass never hurt nobody! So this is what were doing to First Gear, putting it In second, dumping the clutch, burning out. You get the picture. Yes, oh yes, it will be good...

And on the last note about in-studio going ons and antics, we got to talk about myself and good ol PJSB. We here at The No Clue Crew like to tell each other we suck at life and everything else. We like to outdo each other, show each other up, make sure we know that were better than each other, you know. Were all about that self centered, conceited shit. No. Im kidding. We do like to challenge each other in a sense to bring you the best material we can. Were always brainstorming, coming up with ideas, writing, making beats, everything to just keep it popping. So we got to talking. . . Insane Es got an album dropping, wheres ours? Hmm? Insane says, Look at my album. Look how pretty and sexy and what have you, wheres yours hmm? Well, point is I, Sir Gird and PJSB are putting together solo albums of our own for the future. There is no telling what theyre going to look like, sound like, or anything, but they will be put together and released to you at some point in the future. We dont even know which one is coming first, but theyre coming. Oh yes, theyre coming...

Now I need a cigarette. These are my updates for today. I will be returning with more shits in the near future to keep you all updated. By the way, did I tell you one of my balls hangs a lot lower than the other? Oh well. Talk to you later. Peace.

Sir Gird the Impressor

THE NO CLUE CREW... Where do I begin? Well... it all started in 2003. Mike Mcue (aka Havok/Mike Kerrison) came to the small town of Lisbon, Ohio with his ideas of becoming a white boy rapper. It was then he met up with Steve Grunden (aka Girdy), Eric Shetler (aka Insane Eric), and J Swimm (aka P.J. Bozac). From there the 4 WBR's (white boy rappers) set off on an epic journey through what is known as the Underground Music Scene. Releasing there first EP entitled, "Yule Tide Chaos: Droppin' Logz!" featuring their homie Pyro B. in December 2004, was an incredible step towards something extraordinary, for it would mark the dawn of a new day for the young aspiring writers we now know as the No Clue Crew. After parting ways with Pyro B., the No Clue Crew then released their first Full-length Album entitled, "First Gear" on October 1st 2005. 17 tracks of raw attic flavor, all piled up into one hell-of-a first LP! During the recording of First Gear, the No Clue boys decided to start turning there yearly mini-gatherings into something that would turn out to be much, much bigger. Sauce Storm was born, May 21st 2005. The first of many to come, and has been labeled as the largest mini-gathering in the tri state area! Hundreds of people come from the surrounding areas to enjoy the festivities such as: DCW Backyard Wrestling, Scavanger Hunts, Raffles, Live Performances from several local underground acts, and much, much more! The No Clue Crew proceeded to do shows and work on their next project, The Ninja Warlords vs. The Blaowlin Monks. What was originally supposed to be 2 separate EPs turned out to be a 21 track monster of a split album, Insane Eric and Havok were the Ninja Warlords and Girdy and P.J. Bozac were the Blaowlin Monks. The album exceeded the expectations of the fans and even included 2 Limited Edition Trading Cards of either the Ninjas or the Monks. The long awaited double EP was released on July 28th 2007 at Sauce Storm 3 (SS3). After SS3, Havok decided to part ways with the other 3 members to start his own production company known as Swirley Eyed Productions. It was agreed that Insane, Girdy, and J would keep the name and continue on with the 3 of them. In 2008, The No Clue Crew released a New Full-length album entitled, UNBREAKABLE! along with special guests, Unity 4 Life, the B.A.T., Lost Souls Divided and Ertous von Pervous. The No Clue Crew is sure to blow the wig straight off yer melon with UNBREAKABLE! As for future in devoirsYou can count on the fact that the No Clue Crew will remain strong and continue doing what they do best, PUTTIN IT RIGHT THE FUCK DOWN! Be on the lookout for updates.
